Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 20 oz
- Pumpkin 15 oz
- Salt to taste
- Bay leaf 2 pieces
- Onion 1 head
- Garlic 1 head
- Butter 5 oz
- Dill to taste
- Allspice berries 3 pieces

Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Wash the meat thoroughly under running water, pat it dry, cut into medium-sized cubes or strips, and place it in a separate container.

Peel the garlic, crush it with a press or finely chop it, and add it to the container with the meat.
Step 4
Peel the onion, wash it well under running water, cut it into strips, and add it to the container with the meat.
Step 5
Season the chicken with salt to taste. Mix all the ingredients well. Cover the container with a lid and let it marinate at room temperature for about 15-20 minutes.

Peel the pumpkin, wash it well under running water, cut it into medium-sized cubes or strips, and place it in a baking dish.
Step 7
Add 2 bay leaves and 3 allspice berries to the dish with the prepared pumpkin.
Step 8
Place the prepared chicken fillet in the dish.
Step 9
Cut the butter or spoon it into the dish with the pumpkin and meat.
Step 10
Cover the dish with a lid or foil. Bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for about 30 minutes.

Serve the finished dish warm or hot.

Optionally, you can add finely chopped dill that has been washed beforehand when serving.
