Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 15 oz
- Green Apples 5 oz
- Onion 5 oz
- Semolina 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step 1
Finely chop the chicken fillet, apple, and onion using a blender.
Step 2
Add semolina, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
Step 3
Refrigerate for 1–2 hours.
Step 4
Form cutlets and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 5
Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 10–12 minutes or until cooked through.
