Description

This dish uses chicken breast, but you can easily substitute it with turkey (or any meat of your choice). The quantities of the other ingredients can also be increased or decreased to your taste. It pairs well with balsamic sauce. Enjoy your meal!

  • Onion 1 head
  • Potato 1 piece
  • Pickled Chanterelles 8 pieces
  • Homemade Cheese 5 oz
  • Chicken Seasoning 1 tablespoon
  • Salt 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
  • Garlic 1 head
  • Water 5 fl oz

Prepare the required amount of ingredients.

Wash and dry the fillet, cut it lengthwise and open it up.
