
Baked Chicken Breast with Tomatoes

Description
For a side dish, I had a Hawaiian mix, into which you can pour the juice from the chicken after cooking. Some pieces of the breast, if they are very large, can be cut in half lengthwise.
Ingredients
- Tomatoes 1 piece
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 4 pieces
- Dried parsnip to taste
- Dried Dill Stems to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Dried Garlic to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 2
Wash the tomato, pour boiling water over it for 2–3 minutes. Then remove the skin.
Step 3
Lay out a piece of foil, sprinkle garlic, parsley, dill, and salt on it.
Step 4
Place a piece of chicken breast on top and add the same seasonings again. Finally, add a slice of tomato on top.
Step 5
Wrap tightly in foil, as the dish turns out to be very juicy.
Step 6
Arrange all the pieces on a baking sheet and place in the oven for 20 minutes.
