- Chicken fillet 20 oz
- Rice 5 oz
- Pumpkin 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Onion 1 head
- Bay leaf 2 pieces
- Garlic 1 head
- Green peppercorns 3 pieces

Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Peel the pumpkin, wash it well under running water, cut it into medium-sized cubes or strips, and place it in a baking dish.
Step 3
Peel the onion, wash it well under running water, cut it into strips, and add it to the dish with the pumpkin. Peel the garlic, wash it, press it through a garlic press, and also add it to the dish.
Step 4
Add 2 bay leaves and 3 black peppercorns to the dish with the prepared pumpkin and onion.
Step 5
Wash the rice under running water. Drain the water.
Step 6
Wash the meat well under running water, pat it dry a bit, cut it into medium-sized cubes or strips, and place it in the baking dish.
Step 7
Add the rice to the baking dish.
Step 8
Pour 400 ml of water into the dish.
Step 9
Add 50 ml of vegetable oil to the baking dish.
Step 10
Salt to taste. Cover the dish with a lid or foil. Bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for about 30–40 minutes.
