- Egg white 1 piece
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper 1 teaspoon
- Cream 22% 5 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 3 tablespoons
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pound the chicken breast, cut it into small pieces, and season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion and add it to the chicken.
Step 3
Beat the egg with a fork and add it to the mixture.
Step 4
Mix everything together, form balls, roll them in flour, and place them in a baking dish.
Step 5
Top with grated cheese and crushed garlic. Pour the cream over and bake in the oven.
