Ingredients
- Quail Egg 8 pieces
- Cinnamon a pinch
- Vanilla salt a pinch
- Butter 5 tablespoons
- Sugar 5 oz
- Muscovado Sugar 5 oz
- Cottage cheese 0 lbs
- Raspberry leaves 5 oz
- Water 5 fl oz
- Powdered Sugar a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Crack the eggs into a bowl, add cinnamon and vanilla.
Step 2
Melt the butter.
Step 3
Add 100 g of white sugar to the melted butter and mix well.
Step 4
Add coconut sugar to the eggs and mix thoroughly.
Step 5
Dissolve the baking soda. Combine the eggs and butter, add the dissolved soda, and mix well.
Step 6
Combine the resulting mixture with cottage cheese and stir.
Step 7
Shape the cottage cheese mixture into pancakes and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place in a preheated oven at 390°F.
Step 8
After 30 minutes, take them out and flip. Return to the oven for another 20 minutes.
Step 9
Place the raspberries and the remaining 100 g of white sugar in a saucepan. Add water.
Step 10
Simmer on low heat for 15 minutes. Strain the resulting berry puree through a sieve.
Step 11
Remove the pancakes from the oven and let cool. Serve with raspberry sauce. Garnish with berries and powdered sugar when serving.
