- Apple 5 oz
- Egg white 1 piece
- Butter 0 oz
- Semolina 0 oz
- Breadcrumbs 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the carrot into fine noodles and sauté until tender with 10 g of butter and 1/4 cup of water; then add the chopped apples and sugar and sauté for another 5 minutes, after which stir in the semolina, mix well, let it sit for 5–10 minutes on the edge of the stove covered, combine with the beaten egg white and cool; divide the cooled mixture into 3–4 parts, coat in breadcrumbs (or flour), shape into patties, place on a skillet, drizzle with oil and bake.

Serve with sour cream.
