Baked Carp
Main Dishes • Author's
Description
Recipe from the book "The Witcher: An Unofficial Cookbook" by Emily Smith. In the lake near the Witchers' stronghold, there is plenty of fish. Some particularly lazy witchers even have their own way of catching it: they toss in a couple of bombs and then paddle around in a small boat, scooping up the floating fish with a net. You can prepare different types of fish with this recipe (you never know which one will bite today). But carp is the tastiest of them all. This is a historical recipe from the 17th century.
