- Salad Potatoes 20 oz
- Broccoli 20 oz
- Cream 5 fl oz
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Parmesan Cheese 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Salt a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes until half-cooked and peel them.
Step 2
Mix the eggs with the cream and add salt.
Step 3
Add the broccoli florets to the potatoes.
Step 4
Grease a small glass baking dish with butter and place the vegetables in it.
Step 5
Pour the egg and cream mixture over the vegetables and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
Step 6
Place in a preheated oven at 375°F for 40 minutes.
