Bacon Rolls
Ingredients
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 2 pieces
- Bacon 4 slices
- Onion 1 head
- Carrot 1 piece
- Frozen green bean pods 5 oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- White Balsamic Cream 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Dried Chamomile to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken breast lengthwise to make four pieces the size of a palm.
Step 2
Pound each piece through plastic wrap, season with salt, brush with balsamic sauce, pepper, and sprinkle with marjoram.
Step 3
Stack them on top of each other and let marinate at room temperature.
Step 4
Julienne the onion, carrot, and garlic.
Step 5
If using frozen green beans, rinse them under warm water and let them dry a bit.
Step 6
Sauté all the vegetables in a small amount of oil.
Step 7
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 8
Spread the filling on the chicken breast, roll it tightly.
Step 9
Wrap the rolls in bacon and place them in a baking dish lined with foil.
Step 10
Bake in an oven preheated to 355°F (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 30–35 minutes.
