Avocado with Eggs and Shrimp
Ingredients
- Avocado 1 piece
- Shrimp 25 oz
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Onion 1 piece
- Marinated cherries 6 pieces
- Iceberg Lettuce 1 head
- Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Orange zest 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the eggs and shrimp. Chop 1 egg and all the shrimp, leaving a few for garnish.
Step 2
Peel the avocado and remove the pit. Cut out a space for the filling. Chop the removed parts.
Step 3
Chop the onion and mix it with the eggs, shrimp, and avocado. Dress with mayonnaise, add pepper and salt. The filling is ready.
Step 4
Fill the avocado halves with the filling and top with a few shrimp.
Step 5
On a plate, arrange the lettuce leaves. Cut the 2 eggs in half. Place the avocado nearby. Garnish with a slice of orange, cherry tomatoes, and a piece of onion.
