Ingredients
- Courgette 2 pieces
- Eggplants 2 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
- Carrot 1 piece
- Onion 1 head
- Herbs 0 oz
- Sour Cream 10 oz
- Turmeric 1 tablespoon
- Garlic 1 head
- Tomatoes 4 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the zucchini and eggplant into half-moons, soak them in hot salted water (to remove air from the pores).
Step 2
Meanwhile, grate the carrot on a coarse grater, and slice the onion and tomatoes into half-moons.
Step 3
Add everything to a large pot, pour in the sour cream, add half a glass of water, and set to stew. When it boils, add salt, garlic, turmeric, any other spices to taste, and pepper.
Step 4
Five minutes before it's done, add finely chopped herbs.
Step 5
Let it steep (it tastes better this way).
Step 6
Garnish with parsley and dill leaves.
