  • Canned White Asparagus 20 oz
  • Marinated cherries 10 pieces
  • Dijon Mustard 1 tablespoon
  • Vinegar essence 2 tablespoons
  • Honey 2 teaspoons
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

  • Sugar a pinch
  • Mixed Spicy Herbs 1 tablespoon
  • Mustard Greens 2 teaspoons
  • Green Tagliatelle Pasta 10 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the asparagus and trim the woody ends. Place them in a pot.

Mix 50 ml of the broth with honey, vinegar, mustard, mustard seeds, and herbs, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4

Step 5

Cut the asparagus into 5 cm pieces. Halve the tomatoes.

Step 6

Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the asparagus for 5 minutes. Add the honey-mustard sauce and cook for another 8 minutes. About a minute before finishing, add the tomatoes.

Step 7

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water, then drain and toss with the oil sauce.

Step 8

Serve the pasta with the asparagus.
