Asparagus and Mushroom Quiche

- Puff Pastry 20 oz
- Asparagus 5 oz
- 20% Sour Cream 10 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Cheshire Cheese 5 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles 9 pieces
- Citrus Zest Mix ½ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Take the puff pastry out to thaw. During this time, clean the mushrooms and cut the asparagus stems into 3 parts. Sauté the mushrooms in butter, then add the asparagus and cook for about 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the sour cream, grated cheese, lemon zest, asparagus, and mushrooms.
Step 3
Roll out each piece of dough into rectangles approximately 20x30 cm and cut them in half.
Step 4
Distribute the filling onto the resulting 4 rectangles of dough, leaving about 1 cm on the edges. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 355°F.
