Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 20 oz
- Ginger 0 oz
- Garlic 0 oz
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Butter 0 oz
- Lemongrass 0 oz
- Lemon-Pepper Mix to taste
- Ocean salt to taste
- Flaky sea salt a pinch
- Coconut Liqueur 5 fl oz
- Scallions to taste
- Marinated cherries 5 oz
- Chili Flakes 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the green onion into strips.
Step 2
Peel the garlic and ginger.
Step 3
Grate the ginger on a fine grater.
Step 4
Slice the lemongrass into fibers.
Step 5
Crush the garlic with a knife.
Step 6
Finely chop the garlic.
Step 7
Cut the tomatoes into wedges.
Step 8
Heat the olive oil and butter in a skillet.
Step 9
Add the ginger and lemongrass.

Add the garlic.

Cut the turkey into cubes.

Remove the lemongrass from the skillet. Add the cubed turkey to the skillet. Sauté over high heat for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the ground pepper mix. Stir.

Season with salt. Reduce the heat to medium and sauté for another 2–3 minutes.

Place the tomatoes in the center. Simmer for 3 minutes.

Stir.

Pour in the coconut cream.

Add the ground pepper mix.

Add the ground chili. Stir and simmer for another 3–5 minutes.

Transfer to a deep bowl. Add green onion to taste and serve.
