- Smoked haddock fillet 4 pieces
- Dijon Mustard 2 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Olive Oil 6 tablespoons
- Minced garlic ½ teaspoon

Step 1
Place the fish in a shallow dish. In a bowl, whisk together the mustard, soy sauce, olive oil, and garlic. Pour half of the marinade over the fish. Let it sit for about 10-15 minutes.
Step 2
Preheat the grill or a large skillet. Brush a thin layer of oil to prevent the fish from sticking. Drain the marinade from the fish and place the fish on the hot skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness of the fillet.
Step 3
Transfer the cooked fish to plates and drizzle with the remaining marinade. Let the fish 'rest' for 5-10 minutes. Serve warm, at room temperature, or chilled.
