Asian-Style Duck Breast
Ingredients
- Duck Breast 20 oz
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Soy Sauce 1½ tablespoons
- Honey 2 teaspoons
- Grated Ginger Root 2½ teaspoons
- Garlic 3 pieces
- Mild Chili Spice 1 teaspoon
- Red Curry Powder 1 teaspoon
- Toasted Sesame to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a deep bowl, mix honey and olive oil.

Add soy sauce and ground ginger.
Step 3
Use a press to crush the garlic.
Step 4
Add ground chili and mix well.
Step 5
Slice the breast into pieces about 2 cm wide.
Step 6
Add the breast to the marinade, mix, and let it marinate for about 10 minutes.

Then place on a dry, hot skillet.
Step 8
Sprinkle with curry powder.
Step 9
Once the bottom side is browned (1–2 minutes), reduce the heat, flip the slices, and cover with a lid.
Step 10
After 5 minutes, transfer to a plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve.
