- Garlic 2 cloves
- Lime ½ piece

In a deep bowl, mix the soy sauce and oil.

Add ginger.

Press the garlic and add the chili.

Add lime juice.

Slice the breast into pieces about 2.5 cm wide.

Add the duck to the marinade, mix, and let it sit for 30 minutes.

Then place it on a dry, hot skillet.

Sear on high heat on each side until golden brown, reduce heat, and cover.
