Ingredients
- Lamb 5 oz
- Onion 0 oz
- Potato 5 oz
- Clarified Butter 0 oz
- Tomatoes 5 oz
- Eggplants 0 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Dill to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the lamb loin into small pieces, season with salt, and fry in a pan with heated oil.
Step 2
Separately fry the onion cut into rings, eggplants into rounds, tomatoes into halves, potatoes into wedges, and bell pepper.
Step 3
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Serve the tapaka surrounded by fried vegetables and sprinkled with dill.
