- Lemon 1 piece
- Artichokes 4 pieces
- Olive Oil 5 tablespoons
- Pitted olives 20 pieces
- Tomato 1 piece
- Mint ½ bunch
- Chopped Parsley 0 oz
- Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil water in a pot, adding the lemon halves.
Step 2
Trim the stem from each artichoke. Cook the artichokes for 40-45 minutes until the base is tender.
Step 3
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Mix the lemon juice, oil, olives, tomato, and herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
During the meal, separate the leaves. Dip the bottom part in the sauce and discard the tips of the leaves.
