Ingredients
- Striploin steak 10 oz
- Rosemary 1 sprig
- Garlic 1 clove
- Thyme 3 sprigs
- Flaky sea salt to taste
- Lemon-Pepper Mix to taste

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sprinkle a pinch of coarse salt onto a heated skillet.
Step 2
Place the steak fat side down onto the hot skillet.
Step 3
Once the fat side is browned, flip the steak onto the flat side.
Step 4
Peel the garlic.
Step 5
Crush the garlic with a chef's knife.
Step 6
Once the steak is browned, flip it over.
Step 7
Add a piece of butter.
Step 8
Add the garlic.
Step 9
Add the thyme.
Step 10
Add the rosemary.
Step 11
Sear the steak for 5 minutes, occasionally basting with the melted aromatic butter.
Step 12
Remove from heat. Let the steak rest in the skillet for 5 minutes.

Transfer to a plate and serve.
