Description

Ingredients
- Beef 5 oz
- Potato 5 oz
- Clarified Butter 0 oz
- Onion 0 oz
- Chicken Egg ¼ piece
- Sour Cream 0 oz
- Cake crumbs 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Cilantro to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pass the boiled beef and potato through a meat grinder twice.
Step 2
Add sautéed onion, salt, pepper, finely chopped cilantro or parsley, and mix well.
Step 3
Spread the prepared filling evenly on a greased and breadcrumb-dusted baking sheet or skillet.
Step 4
Smooth the surface of the filling, brush with egg, sprinkle with crushed breadcrumbs, drizzle with melted butter, and bake in the oven for 20–25 minutes.
Step 5
Serve armlov cut into pieces.
Step 6
Serve sour cream separately.
