- Round Wheat (DzaVar) 10 oz
- Salt to taste
- Onion 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the grain and soak it in cold water for 1 hour.
Step 2
Pour water over the meat, bring to a vigorous boil, skim off the foam, and boil. Remove the cooked meat from the broth, separate the meat from the bones, and cut it into pieces. Strain the broth and bring it to a boil.
Step 3
Add the previously soaked grain and pieces of meat to the boiling broth. Cook the porridge on low heat for about 1 hour, stirring constantly. Season the porridge with salt while mixing.
Step 4
Slice the onion into half rings and fry it in oil.
