Description
This dish can also be made with turkey.
Ingredients
- Poultry 5 oz
- Buckwheat Groats 0 oz
- Clarified Butter 0 oz
- Onion 0 oz
- Cinnamon ½ g
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the prepared chicken carcass.
Step 2
After boiling, separate the bones and cut the chicken into pieces.
Step 3
In the boiling chicken broth, add the pre-soaked wheat groats, add the pieces of chicken, and continue to cook on low heat.
Step 4
As soon as the porridge thickens, stir it occasionally with a whisk and continue cooking until the ingredients turn into a homogeneous, sticky mass, then salt and mix.
Step 5
Serve the Arisa on a plate.
Step 6
Serve separately the fried onion with butter or cinnamon and clarified butter.
