- Passata Tomato Sauce 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into large pieces, season with salt and pepper, and marinate for 1 to 2 hours with the addition of citric acid and finely chopped herbs.
Step 2
First, sear the marinated meat in a hot skillet without any fat, then transfer it to a hot skillet with fat.
Step 3
Transfer the sautéed meat to a saucepan, add the sautéed tomatoes, finely chopped sautéed onions, sliced tomatoes, garlic, citric acid, salt, and ground pepper.
Step 4
Cover the sauté pan with a lid and simmer the meat over low heat until cooked through.
Step 5
Serve with poached rice, seasoned with tomato or saffron and sautéed onions, or with fried potatoes. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
