- Antonovka apples 15 oz
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Table Mustard 0 oz
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste

Step 1
Cut two Antonovka apples into quarters, remove the core, sprinkle with a pinch of salt, and add a teaspoon of sugar.
Step 2
Drizzle with vegetable oil and bake the apples in the oven at 390°F until tender.
Step 3
Pass the baked apples through a sieve. Add 1 tablespoon of spicy table mustard to the resulting puree.
Step 4
Stir, then add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and season with salt and sugar to taste.
