Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Make a pocket in the side of the pork chop.
Step 2
Chop the raisins and place them in a mortar, add oregano, grind, and then add white wine and olive oil. Set aside to infuse for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Stuff the pocket of the pork chop with the mixture from the mortar and grill in a skillet for 5 minutes on each side.
