- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Spanish onions 25 oz
- Steaks 0 lbs
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Rosé Dry Wine ¼ cup
- Balsamic Vinegar 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thinly slice the onion and sauté it in butter, sprinkle with sugar, and sauté further. Pour in the vinegar, wine, and add salt.
Step 2
Place the steaks (each 500 g) seasoned with salt and pepper on a well-heated grill pan. Cook until done. Transfer to a cutting board.
Step 3
Slice the steaks thinly and serve with warm sautéed onions, herbs, and French fries.
