Ingredients
- Duck 1 piece
- Beer 15 fl oz
- Clarified Butter 3 tablespoons
- Butter 0 oz
- Apple 25 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the processed duck into pieces, sprinkle with salt and black pepper, place in an enameled pot, and pour in the beer.
Step 2
Leave to marinate in a cool place for 8-12 hours.
Step 3
Place the pot with the duck in the marinade over heat, bring to a quick boil, then simmer on low heat for about an hour.
Step 4
Then remove the duck from the marinade, fry each piece in clarified butter, and finish cooking in the oven.
Step 5
Wash the apples, cut into 4-6 pieces, remove the core, and sauté in butter.
Step 6
Serve the prepared apples alongside the duck, drizzled with the marinade juice in which it was cooked.
