Step 1
Wash the chicken fillet, pat dry, and cut into very small pieces, then place in a bowl. Add the eggs, mayonnaise, cornstarch, salt, and pepper, mix well, and refrigerate for 1-3 hours.
Step 2
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan.
Step 3
Spoon the meat onto the frying pan and fry like pancakes on both sides.
