- Sweet Potato 10 oz
- Carrot 10 oz
- Tomatoes 10 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce 10 oz
- Peanut Butter 10 oz
- Water 10 fl oz
- Mild Chili Spice 1 piece
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Cut the meat into large pieces.
Step 3
Chop the onion.
Step 4
In a heavy-bottomed pot, sear the meat cut into large pieces until golden brown.

Add the onion. Reduce the heat and sauté for a few minutes.
Step 6
Add coarsely chopped carrots and sweet potatoes.
Step 7
Add the tomatoes, cut into wedges.
Step 8
Add the chopped chili and passata. Simmer for another 5–7 minutes.
Step 9
Add peanut butter and water, stir well, cover with a lid, and simmer on low heat for 1.5 hours.
Step 10
Serve with boiled rice.
