Ingredients

  • Lamb 20 oz
  • Lamb Fat Netting 20 oz
  • Onion 2 heads
  • Serviceberries 0 oz
  • Parsley 3 sprigs
  • Dill 4 sprigs
  • Adjika 1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Clean the lamb from membranes and cut it into small pieces. Finely chop the dill and parsley.

Step 2

Pass the meat and onion through a meat grinder. Add the herbs, salt, adjika, and barberry juice to the minced meat. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.

Step 3

Form cutlets from the minced meat, wrapping each cutlet in fat netting.

Step 4

Place the cutlets on a baking sheet and bake in an oven preheated to 355°F for 30-40 minutes. Serve with a sweet and sour fruit or berry sauce, such as pomegranate.
