- Young zucchini 2 pieces

- Salt to taste
- Dried Rosemary a pinch
- Fresh basil leaves a pinch

Step 1
Slice the zucchini into 7 mm thick rings.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a pan. Add the zucchini.
Step 3
Flip them over. Add salt. Transfer to a plate.
Step 4
In the oil from the zucchini, lightly fry the cashews. Sprinkle the zucchini with herbs and nuts.
