- Quinoa 0 oz
- Cherry Tomatoes 4 pieces
- Sweet Bell Pepper 1 piece
- Apple Cider Vinegar 0 fl oz
- Onion 1 head
- Chili Pepper to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Garlic 1 clove
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Roast the bell pepper in the oven.
Step 2
Soak the quinoa for 6 hours and then boil it.
Step 3
Sauté the cherry tomatoes and onion in coconut oil in a skillet.
Step 4
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend thoroughly.
Step 5
Serve with rye bread toast or as a dressing for salads.
