- 10% cream 5 oz
- Carrot 5 oz
- Lemon 1 piece
- Dijon Mustard 1 tablespoon
- Dill 0 oz

- Cayenne Pepper to taste

Step 1
Grate the lemon zest and squeeze out the juice. Mix the zest and juice with sour cream, roughly chopped dill, salt, and a pinch of cayenne pepper.
Step 2
Grate the zucchini and carrot using a coarse grater. It's best to discard the centers of the zucchini, which are not suitable for grating, or use them for another dish—such as a pureed soup or something similar.
Step 3
Combine the grated carrots and zucchini with the dressing, let it marinate for about ten to fifteen minutes, and serve it alongside grilled salmon or roasted veal.
