Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise, scoop out the insides, and steam until tender.

Step 2

Dice the onion, celery, and bell pepper, and sauté in olive oil.

Step 3

Slice the mushrooms and fry them.

Step 4

Cook the wild and white rice, then mix in the sautéed vegetables, mushrooms, minced garlic, oregano, and dill. Season with salt and pepper, and fill the prepared zucchini with the mixture. Top with sliced tomatoes and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Step 5

Bake in the oven at 355°F for about 15 minutes.
