- Coarse Salt 1 teaspoon
- Young zucchini 20 oz
- Honey-Mustard Dressing to taste
- Flaky sea salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Using a mandoline, slice the zucchini into thin, long strips. Transfer to a colander and sprinkle with salt. Mix well and let sit at room temperature for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Gently squeeze out the excess moisture from the zucchini and transfer to a bowl. Add the dressing (see note) and sprinkle with flaky sea salt. Serve immediately.
