A very quick and delicious appetizer.

Ingredients

  • Courgette 3 pieces
  • "Almette cheese with Maasdam cheese" 5 oz
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
  • Dill ½ bunches
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Red cocktail cherry 10 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash the zucchinis, cut off the ends, and slice them lengthwise into strips.

Step 2

Season each slice with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Dip the zucchini slices in beaten egg. Then coat them in flour.

Step 4

Fry in vegetable oil until cooked through. Allow to cool.

Step 5

Spread cream cheese on each layer.

Step 6

Sprinkle with finely chopped dill and minced garlic.

Step 7

Roll the zucchini slices into a roulade.

Step 8

Chill and garnish with cherry tomatoes and herbs.
