  • Courgette 2 pieces
  • Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
  • Smoked Salmon Flavored Croutons 5 oz
  • Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Dill 1 bunch

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the zucchini into thin strips lengthwise. The easiest way to do this is with a vegetable peeler. The strips should be thin enough to roll but not so thin that they tear.

Step 2

Lightly drizzle or brush a large plate with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Lay the zucchini strips on top, press down, and flip to the other side. This is the simplest way to evenly season the delicate and fragile zucchini strips.

Step 4

Cut the salmon into small sticks (no more than 1 cm in diameter and no longer than the width of the zucchini strips).

Step 5

Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on each zucchini strip, leaving about 1 cm free at the top and bottom edges and approximately 0.5 cm on the sides.

Step 6

Place a piece of salmon on top and carefully start rolling the zucchini strips.

Step 7

Place each roll horizontally seam side down to hold the shape of the zucchini. Repeat the process with each strip.

Step 8

For serving, turn the rolls upright and garnish with dill on top.
