
Zucchini Rolls with Meat Filling

Description
This dish can be served hot or cold. Zucchini can also be grated on a fine grater. Optionally, it can be garnished with herbs and tomatoes.
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Young zucchini 30 oz
- Wheat Flour ½ cup
- Herbs to taste
- Spices to taste
- Pickled Chanterelles 5 oz
- Veal Mince 5 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater.
Step 2
Mix the zucchini with eggs, flour, herbs, and spices.
Step 3
Pour oil into a frying pan, add the resulting mixture, and fry a pancake, browning on both sides. Set the finished pancakes aside.
Step 4
For the filling, sauté the onion in the frying pan, add the mushrooms, minced meat, spices, and simmer until cooked.
Step 5
Spread the filling on the cooled zucchini pancake, sprinkle with grated cheese on top, and roll it up.
Step 6
Serve on the table, cutting into small pieces.
