- Cottage cheese 10 oz
- Young zucchini 2 pieces
- Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour to taste
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the zucchinis well and cut them into long strips.
Step 2
Dip them in flour, then in beaten egg, and fry in vegetable oil, lightly salting on both sides.
Step 3
Mash the cottage cheese well with a fork.
Step 4
Add mayonnaise and press the garlic through a garlic press.
Step 5
Mix everything well.
Step 6
Let the zucchinis cool slightly.
Step 7
Place the cottage cheese filling on one edge and roll it up.
Step 8
Let it sit for a while.
