Zucchini Rolls with Cheese
Ingredients
- Young zucchini 1 piece
- Basil leaves 6 pieces
- Watermelon 5 oz
- Feta cheese 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Take the young zucchini and slice it into pieces about three millimeters thick.
Step 2
Cut the watermelon into sticks (the same number as the zucchini slices) slightly longer than the width of the zucchini slice, with dimensions of 1x1 cm.
Step 3
Cut the feta cheese in the same way as the watermelon, but slightly shorter.
Step 4
Dip the zucchini slices into boiling water for 1 minute.
Step 5
Remove and wrap each zucchini slice with a basil leaf, a piece of watermelon (or melon), and a piece of feta cheese.
Step 6
Secure the roll with a toothpick and serve with sherry.
