
Zucchini Rolls with Beet Filling

Description
A very dietary and healthy dish. I always replace mayonnaise with either yogurt or a mixture of soft cottage cheese with kefir. Just add spices and herbs, and your family won't even guess that the sauce is made from natural healthy ingredients.
Ingredients
- Yellow Beets 5 oz
- Young zucchini 1 piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Semi-soft cream cheese 0 oz
- 1% Kefir 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the zucchini into strips lengthwise, 5–7 mm thick, and fry in a non-stick pan on both sides.
Step 2
Boil the beet, cool it, and grate it on a fine grater. Squeeze the garlic into the beet, add kefir and cottage cheese, and mix until smooth.
Step 3
Spread the beet mixture on the zucchini and roll it up.
