Ingredients
- Courgette 2 pieces
- Semi-soft cream cheese 10 oz
- Parsley to taste
- Garlic 1 clove
- Dill to taste
- Salt to taste
- Olive Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the zucchini lengthwise into thin long strips.
Step 2
Place on a paper towel, sprinkle with salt, leave for 10 minutes, then dry.
Step 3
Fry the zucchini in olive oil until soft.
Step 4
Then place the zucchini on a paper towel.
Step 5
For the filling, finely chop the herbs and garlic, mix with cream cheese, season with salt and pepper.
Step 6
Place a teaspoon of the mixture at the edge of a zucchini slice and roll it up.
Step 7
Drizzle the finished rolls with olive oil.
