
Zucchini Pancakes with Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
- Courgette 2 pieces
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour 2 cups
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Milk 2 cups
- Dill 1 bunch
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the zucchini and grate it on a coarse grater.
Step 2
Beat the eggs with salt using a fork, add one cup of milk, then gradually add 1.5 cups of flour and add a tablespoon of olive oil. Mix well.
Step 3
Combine the batter with the zucchini and fry in oil.
Step 4
For the sauce, grate the cheese and chop the dill.
Step 5
Toast the remaining flour in a pan, then add one cup of milk. Once the mixture heats up, add the cheese and dill, stirring thoroughly.
Step 6
Before serving, let the sauce cool slightly.
