  • Chicken Egg 2 pieces
  • Courgette 5 oz
  • Herbs 1 bunch
  • Olive Oil 1½ spoons
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step 1

Heat olive oil in a skillet. Cut the zucchini into small pieces. Sauté until tender.

Step 2

Beat the egg, adding salt and pepper. Heat a skillet and pour in the egg. When the omelet is halfway cooked, add the zucchini and grated cheese. Sprinkle with herbs.
