
Zucchini in Lemon-Mustard Sauce

Description
Dill can be replaced with basil. You can add garlic and sugar to taste.
Ingredients
- Courgette 10 oz
- Mustard Greens 1 teaspoon
- Dill to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Vegetable Oil 4 tablespoons
- Lemon 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the young zucchini lengthwise into thin strips (if you don't have a vegetable slicer, you can use a vegetable peeler).
Step 2
Combine the vegetable oil, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and pepper, and whisk together.
Step 3
Dress the zucchini with the prepared sauce, add finely chopped dill, and mix well.
Step 4
Place everything in a glass container (if you have a glass bowl, you can prepare it directly in there). Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 3 hours.
