Zucchini fritters with sour cream-lime sauce
Ingredients
- Courgette 1 piece
- Onion 2 heads
- Garlic 2 heads
- Quail Egg 5 pieces
- Oat flakes 5 teaspoons
- Curry to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Paprika to taste
- Lime to taste
- Sour Cream to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the zucchini on a fine grater.
Step 2
Drain the released juice.
Step 3
Grate the onion into the same bowl.
Step 4
Press the garlic.
Step 5
Add curry and salt.
Step 6
Add paprika and stir.
Step 7
Add quail eggs.
Step 8
Stir and add the flour.
Step 9
Mix thoroughly.
Step 10
Transfer the dough to a hot skillet with heated oil, using a tablespoon to shape it into pancakes.
Step 11
As soon as one side is browned, flip the pancakes and reduce the heat to medium. Cook for another 3–4 minutes until the second side is golden brown.
Step 12
Add lime juice, salt, and pepper to the sour cream. Mix well. Serve as a sauce for the pancakes.
