Ingredients
- Courgette 10 oz
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Sour Cream 0 oz
- Mayonnaise 0 oz
- Chicken Egg ½ pieces
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Salt 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the zucchini using a coarse grater.
Step 2
Combine all the ingredients (except for the sour cream) and gently mix.
Step 3
Shape three thick pancakes by hand.
Step 4
Fry the pancakes in vegetable oil for 5–7 minutes on each side.
Step 5
Place the pancakes in an oven preheated to 180–390°F for 5 minutes.
Step 6
Serve with sour cream.
